Homemade Hamburger


Ingredients :
Beef Mince 200 gr
Grated Tomato 2
Grated Onion 2
Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric 1.5 Teaspoon
Red Pepper Powder 0.5 Teaspoon

Recipes :
1- Mix the beef mince, grated onion, salt, turmeric and red pepper and squish them
2- Spread the mix in a pan and cover it
4- Heat the pan lightly for 30 minutes
5- Add grated tomato and tomato paste to the cooked mince
6- Heat them for 15 minutes

Tips :
* You may serve it with bread

Boiled Potato and Egg


Ingredients :
Egg 2
Tomato 1
Potato 2
Lemon 1
Black Pepper 0.5 Teaspoon
Salt 0.5 Teaspoon

Recipes :
1- Boil the eggs and potatoes
2- Slice boiled eggs, boiled potato, tomatoes, lemon
3- Salt and pepper your dish a little

Tips :
* You may serve it with bread

Tomato Rice with Chicken


Ingredients :
Rice 4 Cups
Tomato 3
Tomato Paste 2 Tablespoons
Chicken 1/4
Onion 1
Salt 2 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1 Teaspoons
Water 6 Cups

Recipes :
1- Fry the chopped onion to be golden
2- A little roast the chicken in fried onion
3- Add the salt and turmeric during the light roasting
4- Add grated tomato and tomato paste to the roasted chicken
5- Add water and let the chicken to be boiled
6- Add rice to the tomatoes chicken juice
7- Drain off the rice when it is soft enough

Tips :
* You may separate the chicken when you are adding rice or cook them together

Cauliflower dipped in Egg


Ingredients :
Cauliflower 100 gr
Egg 1
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Cooking Oil 0.5 cup

Recipes :
1- Boil the cauliflower pieces for 15 minutes
2- Put the boiled cauliflower in beaten egg
3- Fry the dipped cauliflower in heated oil

Tips :
* You may like to add a little black pepper

Shami Kabab


Ingredients :
Beef Mince 200 gr
Grated Potato 8
Grated Onion 2
Egg 2
Flour 3 Tablespoon
Salt 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 2 Teaspoon
Red Pepper Powder 0.5 Teaspoon

Recipes :
1- Mix all ingredients together and squash them
2- Heat the cooking oil in the pan
3- Circle a little of  yeast and fry in the hot oil

Tips :
* You may shape the yeast to any format

Papaya Salad



Ingredients :
Grated Papaya 100 gr
Chopped Tomato 0.5
Dry Prawn 1 Teaspoon
Palm Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Crushed Garlic 0.5 Clove
Lime Juice 1 Tablespoon
Peanut 1 Teaspoon
Fish Sauce 1 Teaspoon

Recipes :
1- Mix all ingredients inside the bowl
2- Hit it with moderato force for 2 minutes

Tips :
* You may like to add green beans or mung bean sprout

Cooked Marinated Chicken


Ingredients :
Chicken 1 Kg
Yogurt 4 Cup
Big Onion 2
Cooking Oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1.5 Teaspoon
Black Pepper 0.75 Teaspoon
Saffron 0.5 Teaspoon
Lime Juice 3 Tablespoon
Turmeric 1 Teaspoon

Recipes :
1- Mix yogurt, olive oil, grated onion, saffron, salt, black pepper, lime juice and turmeric
2- Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate into the  mix
3- Heat the marinated chicken lightly for 1 hour
4- Cover the pot during the light heating.

Tips :
* You may thread the chickens on woody skewers before marinating
