Curried Turkey Salad Recipes

Fixings (13)

1/2 container plain entire drain yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon in addition to 1 teaspoon newly pressed lemon juice

2 teaspoons curry powder

2 teaspoons peeled and minced new ginger

2 teaspoons minced shallot

2 mugs cooked, medium-dice simmered turkey (around 8 ounces)

1/2 container little dice sweet apple, for example, Fuji

1/2 glass toasted, unsweetened, destroyed dried coconut

1/4 glass raisins

3 tablespoons coarsely slashed new cilantro

Fit salt

Naturally ground dark pepper

Toasty coconut bits, sweet raisins, and curried yogurt spruce up extra turkey.

This formula was included as a feature of our Picnic Recipes, Tailgating Recipes, and Thanksgiving Leftovers photograph exhibitions.

1Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, ginger, and shallot in a medium, nonreactive bowl until smooth.

2Add the staying estimated fixings, season with salt and pepper, and mix until uniformly consolidated.

Refreshment blending: Lustau Los Arcos Dry Amontillado, Spain. In spite of the fact that it's not a conspicuous blending, dry amontillado sherry from the south of Spain is an incredible counterpart for curry. Its nuttiness and nectar season (without the sweetness) simply appear to combine splendidly with the earth tones of curry. Chill the wine and savor it little amounts, as it's sustained.
